This is the practical side of the course. You will learn how to creatively construct yoga classes for different levels of students with different ailments. For those interested in going the "Professional Route" you will have the option to run both a 6 week Beginner Level course and an 8 week Chakra Balancing course under supervision. These courses can be run either in your home, your office, or in a hired venue.
